How do we measure our success? 

Each of our clients is asked to fill out a Client Feedback Form (CFF) which asks them if they agree or disagree with a selection of statements about the Project. They are also given chance to say what, if any, effects there have been on their Business or Community Group.

This data is then added to our Client Feedback Centre which collates and stores responses.
