The aim of KnowsleyFinder is to provide an online directory of products and services available in the Knowsley area.

It allows Businesses and Community Groups in the borough to register their organisation FREE OF CHARGE, provide information about products, services and location, and create a link to an existing website or webstore.

Citizens can search the directory to find the products and services that they need within the borough, and maybe even purchase these while online.

To register your organisation or search the directory, follow the link below.

As a KnowsleyFinder member, you can update your profile whenever you choose. You will have been emailed your username and password when you initially registered. You will need these details to update your profile.

To adjust your profile, go to www.knowsleyfinder.co.uk/members/ and log in using your username and password.

Once you have logged in, the members page will appear. If you have any questions you can use the link at the top of the page to email Knowsley Finder Admin who will provide any assistance you require. The screen has the following sections:

Organisation - Allows you to view or edit organisation details, categories for your line of business and your internet address

Contacts - Allows you to view, add, edit or delete contacts

Areas - Allows you to view, add, edit or delete areas covered by your organisation

Locations - Allows you to view, add, edit or delete locations of your organisation

Products and Services - Allows you to View, Add, Edit or Delete products and services offered by your business.

Use the links at the bottom to move back to the menu page or edit your organisation's details.

To edit your details, simply type the information into the appropriate text box. When you have finished updating a screen, you must click the Submit button in the bottom right corner, and your details will be saved in the database. A confirmation screen appears to confirm your changes have been saved.

It is important to enter the correct information if you want users to successfully search for your organisation - be specific with locations and addresses, for example use areas like Kirkby, Huyton and Prescot rather than simply putting Liverpool. This will make searches for your business more successful.
