Twice in the last year we teamed up with our project partner Connect Internet Solutions to run training sessions all about Connect Support.

Connect Support is a vital piece of software that works alongside your website. During a Connect Support session, clients learned about:

-Promoting your website through the major search engines such as Google and Yahoo

-Understand and interpret the statistics available on site visitors, search terms and page requests

-Manage email addresses for your site

-And much, much more!

A Connect Support session was held at the Enterprise Credit Union in Huyton on March 16th 2004. Eight Tradenet clients, a mixture of businesses and community groups attended, and learnt that there's more to running a website than just pictures and text!
